Cancellation Policy:
Standard Cancellations: You have the option to change or postpone your appointment by contacting us via phone or email. We kindly request that you inform us at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment date and time to avoid incurring a $50 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: Any changes to your scheduled cleaning day must be requested at least one week in advance.
Recurring Service Cancellations: For ongoing cleaning services, a two-week notice is required for any cancellation.
Emergencies: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In cases of sickness or family emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible.
